Adoption Process & Forms

We are just thrilled you're considering adopting one of our rescues as your new Furever Family member! Adopting a rescue pet saves two lives, the life of the pet you adopt and the life of the pet that will be rescued in his/her place.

Our adoption process is as follows:

Fill out the Adoption Application via the link found on the FORMS page.
- References will be called as well as your landlord (if applicable)
- A vet check will be conducted (for any current pets)
If approved we will contact you to attend an adoption event or schedule to
meet the pet in person.
A home visit will be done
- Once approved, an adoption contract is filled out & adoption fee is paid
  and you now have a new FUREVER FAMILY member to show off!

All of our rescues are:

up to date on shots
dewormed
microchipped
spayed/neutered
tested
have rabies shots with certificates

Our adoption fees:
kittens under 6 months old - $125
kitties over 6 months old - $75
Dog adoption fees range from $200-$400
This fee is used to fully vet all of our animals before being adopted out and
to provide the continued care for the rescues that are lifers with us.

PLEASE NOTE:
Furever Family does NOT adopt dogs out of state. We DO however, adopt fully vetted cats out of state because south FL has such a terrible outdoor cat epidemic.

Furever Family will evaluate and consider applicants in the order applications are submitted. We have the right to refuse adoption to anyone we believe is not the purrfect fit for our rescue babies. We thank you for your understanding.
